With an A5-size ringless binder, you can bind refills in three different hole-punch arrangements: 6 holes, 3 holes, and 7 holes.  There is an arrangement allowing the use of the binding ties for each type of refill. 

It uses flexible ties instead of rings, always delivering a flat binder regardless of the number of pages inside. Made from modern 21st century- tear-resistant synthetic material used in outdoor maps, field guides, industrial manuals, and waterproof IDs.

It is sold without the paper refill shown in the pictures.
